All orders must be checked on receipt and any errors must be notified to The Name Shop within 24 hrs.
Any errors that are the responsibility of the Name Shop will be rectifed as soon as possible at no cost to the client.
If the Name Shop is not notified of any errors within 24 hrs after delivery the client will be responsible for any extra costs incurred by the Name Shop to meet a specific deadline.
If the customer has made any errors on the order the customer will be responsible for any extra costs incurred by the Name Shop to rectify the order.

We accept cheques drawn on English Bank postal orders Access Mastercard Visa Switch and most debit cards as well as American Express and money Transfer by Western Union and International Money Order.
