Shipping Returns and Conditions of Use
All orders must be checked on receipt and any errors must be notified to Gary Hustion within 24 hrs.
Any errors that are the responsibility of the Name Shop will be rectifed as soon as possible at no cost to the client.
If the Name Shop is not notified of any errors within 24 hrs after delivery the client will be responsible for any extra costs incurred by the Name Shop to meet a specific deadline.
